It has been raining since night, and now what a fine morning it is. The rain has gleaned the pollution from the environment, and has cleansed the surroundings. Its a perfect day for a Date. I think, we should go for a walk, Shall we? Get ready soon then, we shall reach the park before its too late to miss the sunrise.
Lets move into the park. Oh, clean leaves, pathways, air, really it has been a long time since we entered into a park. Lets look at the sun rise, and savour the morning beauty. The chirping of birds is a lovely song to the ears. Now lets observe our companions.
I am not amazed to see a yoga shivir in the park. I count, there are 9 people sitting on the grass and doing yoga. On observing closely, I find that they are reciting some sholkas. It is heartening to note the quality of pronunciation and the unison of speech. I feel like sitting here for a while. But look into the eyes of those men, and gestures of women. I realise that the act is performed under boundation. Some are fighting from diabetes, or some are trying to get good health.
Meanwhile the reciting continues, lets have a glance around us. I am pleased to see a formidable presence of youth in the park. Infact, their sedentary job demands some physical exercise, and they are rightfully committed to health care. Along with them, I can find many rich people, in flamboyant attire, jogging up and down to reduce the belly or to relieve the tension. The park is replete with all age group and gender.
Do you have time? I just want to conduct one exercise. Dont worry, its not yoga or anything. I hope you will enjoy this also. So lets, begin!!
Just observe the young people; do you see a common thing? Ya, you have rightly pointed out, the next generation I-pod. The music instrument presents it selves in plethora of forms, and makes a glittering presence around us. Its really painfull to see that in such natural settings, where chirping of birds brings peace to mind, and tranquillity to body, we are still engrossed with artificial songs. Another grimace that you may notice is the downward glance. Its almost common in all people present everywhere. Eveyone is thinking about the other things. It appears some are ruminating over the life problems, while others are meticulously planning the day.
The morning walk has two objectives. Meanwhile the body continues to run and maintain health, you can continue to plan and act smart. I will not be amazed, if few of them boast of this dual hit with a single shot.
After observing them for few mins, I suddenly realise something. This gave me an invaluable insight of what we are doing to our lives. What a mercy and what a mess we have build around us. If god would have been sitting among us, he would have noticed certain things about mankind, Human beings.
They get bored with childhood; they rush to grow up, and then long to be children again.
They loose their health to make money, and then lose their money to restore the health.
That by thinking anxiously about future, they forget the present, such that they neither live in present nor in future.
That they live as if they will never die, and die as if they never lived !!
Today, at whatever level we are. Its only because of twe reasons :
The Hardwork that we have put in. and Most important reason is
We have taken birth in a family which was capable enough to provide us education and food.
The poor, the orphan, the underprivilege, has committed a single mistake: taken birth in a poor family.
We all have 75 years of life. In this you can create enormous wealth or blossom Smiles across poor children. The choice is yours. In former you leave a legacy for your family (4-5 indiviuals) but in the latter you leave the world as a much better place to live !!! In either case, you will leave this earth ALONE.

Earth teaches us Forgiveness
Have you ever watched what nature is doing? In which activities she is involved? Let us go to meet our mother earth, and see what she has to say about life.....and about us...
Mother Nature is always busy in creating beautiful landscapes. She prepares mountains, lakes, valleys, and what not. She is so powerful that whole mass of land moves at her call. How she accomplishes it actually!
She has a laboratory inside the outer crust of earth. This lab provides with fresh canvass to work upon. Every 10 Million years ago, the total earth crust plate gets renewed, and gets replaced with a fresh plate. Are you ready with the new canvass!! Now let’s move towards drawing..Shall we..
How will you paint on land? What are the options you have to embellish the picture? Let’s do the base work first. Here again the plate tectonics comes into picture, causing formation of hills, valleys, and plains. Now our background works is complete, and let’s move towards sketching. To begin with, first place the rivers and lakes, the water bodies that will act as support systems for biodiversity.
Now comes the most difficult part, building the bio-diversity. Among plethora of options, she has a tedious task to select flora and fauna that too with a delicate balance. The balance must be so accurate that it sustains on it own. To evaluate further, this will involve matching flora with eating habits of fauna, and reproducing frequency of animals. You can estimate that even the population limit and proliferation rate is decided by food chain. Once the concepts are prepared, she prepared herself for some field work.
Beware!! You are about to enter into field. First check that you must have the following items with you: Patience, Imagination, Aplomb, Faith, Belief, Trust, and Jurisprudence. Why all these ?? Let’s see..
You require Imagination to create beautiful things, to blend the colours, to create combinations, and to create a balance. You must acknowledge that white colour has the same importance as that of black colour.
You require Jurisprudence so that you are never biased again good or bad. You must admit that good have no relevance unless bad is present. Infact to maintain the system neutral, you need to balance good against bad. A particular form of creation is beautiful or powerful, never implies that duplicate copies of same will make the picture complete.
You need faith, immense faith and belief on small small things. You must trust on ability of small seed that it will turn into a big tree one day. You must have perseverance to see seed becoming into a big tree. You must build the confidence of seed to make him belief in his great future.
Well, now a painting looks perfect. Isn’t it!!!
But hey !! there is some discrepancy? The colours are getting mixed disproportionately?
What I have done? Was the balance not perfect? Had I been biased against a particular species?
Let’s see closely, ohh....the mankind has become the king, and he is ruling the world. But I have made sufficient resources for his living, then why the painting is going haywire?
The mistake that you made is to understand the human belief. You have created sufficient resources for a good living, but insufficient resources for his greed.
Wait for a minute, and take a deep breath. We are about to come out of our picturesque painting room, and enter into today’s world. Today we see large scale deforestation. The world’s forest cover is decreasing day by day, several species are already extinct and many are on the verge of distinction, the atmosphere is polluted beyond a control point, and rivers have started to recede.
It takes years to bring a tree from a seed, but it merely takes hours to kill tree. Imagine if you are working diligently for a cause, and at the end someone meddles with it. Imagine that your hardwork has made you earn something, and that hardearned is wasted away by an atrocious person. How does it feel? Dont you feel revolting or feeling cheated. Dont you have a desire to rebuke the person?
Mother earth accepts all misdeeds of making humbly. She teaches us humility to accept good and bad with same composure. She teaches us forgiveness. She says that it is easy to hurt others, but much more difficult to forgive others. If you observe our Mother Nature closely, you can never estimate her power. Small bacteria know how to function or adapt in extreme climates. A small ant from its birth is aware of development, and its body is developed in perfect proportions. Even take yourself. Since your birth you never have to think about that today your lung should increase its capacity, and that you need to supply more blood to limbs. So many minute things, and minute works are happening without even your knowledge, yet maintaining perfect balance. Its not a joke or mere coincidence. We never realise this, because our mother never makes us to realise the intricacy of the matter. She is powerfull, but never interested in flaunting her power. She teaches us that as we grow in knowledge and power, we must become more humble and patient towards others. We must adopt a nature of forgiveness, and believe in spreading happiness.

7 Habits Series
Hey,
I am reading one book and found it interesting. I thought why not share with you. Before I start sharing and make you sleep, I take two commitments from you; One that you will try and implement it in your life and second that you will share the outcomes of it with me. I am also doing the same and will prod u consistently with this. Welcome to the series of Discussions.
We must start with the end in mind. Well, the book claims that when we would have ended these series of discussions we can remarkably notice quantum improvement in following areas:
1) Improved Self Awareness and Self Confidence.
2) Better and Charming relationships. ;)
3) Greater power to influence people around us.
4) Development of Adventure Habit, habit of doing new things.
These reasons made me to think, why not take few of my friends on this journey ! Atleast I am not the sole one to be victimized ;) Moreover, I have other hands to share the load. So lets cut the crap and start running !!
We all somewhere in our life face typical problems in our life. It may appear that everything is going down, and there is no hope for alleviation of the situation. Everything seems to be running in opposite direction. Isn’t it !
It is said that if you want small improvements, change your attitude or change your behaviour. But if you want Quantum improvements You MUST CHANGE the PARADIGM. i.e the way we look at things or the interpretation of events. The significant problem we face cannot be solved at the same level where we created them: By Einstein Sahab.
Certainly, the way we see things constraints the understanding of situation. Every great discovery in Science has represented a breakthrough in general thinking level. In medical history, there are ample cases where cure was obtained by breaking all the precedent beliefs. I recall one such example of :Tetnus ( Beta iron metal ki chot lagi hai...tentnus ka teeka lagwa lo jaldi se)
Earlier, during wars our doctors were puzzled by a paradoxical situation. They observed that deaths because of minor cuts and wounds were much greater than death cases because of severe traumas or injuries. It was the Germ theory which provided a solution to this predicament, and was a shift in general belief.
Remember, Greater Problems, Great Breakthough cannot be achieved with the thinking at the same level. You MUST change the way you look at things sometimes.
For today, deliberate on these statements. I think this dose must be enough for good sleep for few days ;)
